Terms and Conditions

These Terms and conditions (“T&C”s) incorporate, and should be read together with, any vendors’ and/or agents’ terms or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the official ticket agent.

Tickets

1. Tickets are supplied by XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD as an agent on behalf of the person or entity which supplies the Tickets to XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD Events; and on whose behalf, XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD sell tickets which may include, without limitation, venues, events, producers and productions.
2. You accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of all attendees included in this booking. You undertake to ensure that all attendees are aware of and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD will send a confirmation upon receipt of a ticket purchased to a XFASHIONFESTIVALS Event; along with and payment of or issuance of an invoice in respect of the fee for such ticket.
4. Please check your Tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Defacing the Ticket or removing any part of the Ticket will invalidate the Ticket.
5. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per organisation, credit card or person booking. XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD reserves the right to cancel all bookings made for more than the maximum number and issue a refund without prior notice.
6. Tickets and wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry.
7. Tickets are not transferable. Resale, or attempted resale or purchase of a ticket other than via an authorised outlet is prohibited and may result in seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.
8. Tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged after purchase other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We are not liable for any Tickets which are lost, stolen or damaged.
9. Tickets are only valid for the date of the Event printed on the ticket. Tickets cannot be exchanged for alternative dates should the Event take place on multiple dates.
10. Admission to the Event will only be granted by showing a valid ticket to the event described only. Electronic tickets can either be printed or shown on a screen such as your phone. No other proof of purchase will be accepted.
11. There will be no admission to the Event before the designated opening times, or after the designated close times.
12. It is your responsibility to check the Event is going ahead at the date and time printed on this Ticket. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. If an Event is cancelled or rescheduled or postponed please refer to your point of purchase for details of your ticket agent’s refund and/or exchange policy.
13. By purchasing a ticket to a XFASHIONFESTIVALS Event, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Event venue which are available at the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion as well as any other terms or conditions which may be included in the Confirmation or with the ticket.
14. If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to or evict you from the Event and you may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellations

1. Refunds are only considered on cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by XFASHIONFESTIVAL LTD in its sole discretion.
2. XFASHIONFESTIVAL LTD reserves the right to change (at our sole discretion) the format, speakers, participants, content, venue location or any other aspect of an event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to force majeure. “Force majeure” shall include without limitation any event beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) speaker or participant withdrawal, fire, flooding, a health scare, pandemic, disaster, venue damage or cancellation, supplier or contractor failure, failures of any public transport and industrial disputes.
3. Neither XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD nor any other party shall in any Event have any liability to the Ticket Holder beyond the face value of the Event ticket and the relevant booking fee.

Age Policy

1. Age restrictions may apply to specific Events and are notified at point of sale.
2. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder (aged 18 or over). This adult must remain on site throughout the weekend as the under 18-year-old’s guardian. No unaccompanied under 18s are allowed on site.
3. XFASHIONFESTIVAL LTD does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
   A Challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site.

Accessibility

1. XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD are committed to ensuring that the widest number of people can enjoy our events. If you require information on accessibility, extra assistance or specialist facilities with regards to an Event please contact XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD via the Event website.

Photography

1. We and our event partners and sponsors may film or take photographs (including flash photography) at events. Such films or photographs may be used (without limitation) in publicity and marketing materials (including our website). By purchasing Tickets and attending the Event you consent to photo, film and sound recording (which may include you as a member of the audience) and its use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) without any payment.
2. Photographic equipment is permitted, provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. Unauthorised filming, photography, audio-recording or transmission of films, audio or photographs or live streaming for any professional or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. If you carry out any unauthorised filming, photography, audio recording or transmissions or live streaming then you may be asked to remove these from your platforms.

Security

1. In order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, each Event reserves its right to refuse admission to or to eject you from the Event and/or the Venue of the Event without compensation or refund if considered necessary.
   Searching, under certain circumstances, may be a condition of entry. Please see Venue terms and conditions for details of prohibited items.
2. Certain venues may operate an ID Scan facility upon entry to Events. You may be asked to provide proof of identification which will be scanned and a copy of which may be retained on the ID Scan facility.
3. Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs are not permitted in any venue.
4. Food and drink may not be permitted. Please check the Event website for further detail on the permission and/or provision of food and drink at the Event and/or Venue.
5. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon), which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.
6. Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry or evicted from the site without a refund.
7. Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters/containers on to fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction.
8. Ticket Holders must comply with any and all instructions given to you by XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD and/or Event staff and stewards.
9. Fires are not permitted anywhere on site.
10. Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces, including e-cigarettes and/or vaping. Please visit the Event Venue website for further information.
11. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
    The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without written permission from XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD.

Damage & Loss

1. XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD does not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at any event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.
2. XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD may prosecute if you cause damage to the Event Venue, the site infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or site.

These terms and conditions (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations), as may be amended from time to time by us, are governed by English Law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under these terms and conditions (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations).

All and any ticket payments made to XFASHIONFESTIVALS LTD are processed by YURTEL LTD. This represents the single and only associated between the two companies.
